Australian voice boundary

Consented patient voice uses Deepgram's Australian endpoint for speech recognition and playback with model-improvement opt-out. Deepgram is not used for clinical reasoning.

Human review

Transcripts, summaries, risk suggestions and letters remain drafts until an authorised clinician checks them.
